Jennifer Robinson is an academic library leader with over two decades of experience at Western Libraries, where she has held senior roles including Deputy Chief Librarian and Associate Chief Librarian (Academic), and currently works as a User Experience Librarian. She has led major organizational and service transformations, including a new centralized public service model, a multi-million dollar Learning Commons renovation, and system-wide user experience initiatives, while building a reputation as an inclusive leader committed to staff development and user-centred library design. Her work has consistently focused on evidence-based service design, student engagement, and fostering vibrant, progressive library environments.

Robinson's current research centres on institutional history, with a focus on documenting the development of Western Libraries through the 1990s and 2000s as a continuation of Margaret Banks' earlier scholarship (The Libraries at Western 1970 to 1987). This work is also reflected in her ongoing contributions to Western Libraries' public Wikipedia presence.
