Professor Brian Corneil conducts research in the Department of Physiology and Pharmacology and the Department of Psychology at Western University. His work focuses on sensorimotor control, neurophysiology, and eye movements, particularly the neural circuits that coordinate the head and eyes. He investigates how the brain processes sensory information to generate rapid, goal-directed motor responses. A member of the Western Institute for Neuroscience, he holds a Doctor of Philosophy from Queen's University and is a scientist at the Robarts Research Institute. He supervises diverse projects in cognitive neuroscience and is currently available for doctoral mentorship and collaborative research inquiries.
