Associate Professor Joy E. Mangel, Department of Medicine with appointment in Oncology, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University, focuses her research on Hodgkin lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, clinical trials for lymphoma, malignant hematology, and medical education. Her work connects clinical investigation in lymphoma with the careful evaluation of new therapeutic approaches and patient management strategies. Her research mission is to improve outcomes for people with lymphoma through trial-based evidence and specialized hematology care. Previously trained at McGill University and the University of Toronto, she also contributes to teaching and mentorship in hematology at Western University.
