BIO

Dr. Luc Dubois joined the Division of Vascular Surgery in October 2013 and was promoted to Associate Professor in July 2020. Dr. Dubois received his MD from the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University in 2005, followed by a General Surgery residency and a Vascular Surgery fellowship also at Western. While at Western, he received a Master of Clinical Epidemiology and was part of the Clinical Investigators Program. He also completed an endovascular fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic. Having received many research awards during his residency, Dr. Dubois’ research focus is on developing novel, patient-directed, outcome measures. He is also interested in studying patient expectations surrounding surgical therapy, and patient-based decision making. Dr. Dubois was appointed as Chair/Head of the Divison of Vascular Surgery in January of 2026.
