Assistant Professor Jonatan Snir holds joint appointments in Medical Biophysics and Oncology at Western University. His research focuses on medical physics and the development of advanced imaging techniques for radiation oncology. He investigates the application of hybrid imaging, such as PET/MRI, to improve tumor localization and therapeutic monitoring. His mission is to enhance the safety and effectiveness of cancer treatments through biophysical modeling and technological innovation.
