Dr. Eric Savory is Professor Emeritus from the Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering at Western University. 

He joined Western in 2002 from the University of Surrey, UK. Dr. Savory's research interests are within the general field of industrial fluid mechanics, with the emphasis on the experimental study of turbulent flows, particularly wind tunnel measurements. His research affiliations include Advanced Fluid Mechanics Research Group and the Boundary Layer Wind Tunnel Laboratory at Western.
