Adjunct Faculty member E. V. V. Bordatchev, Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Western University, contributes research in precision engineering, microfabrication, laser remelting, surface polishing, and functional surfaces. His Western-linked collaborations focus on high-precision manufacturing, process monitoring, and simulation-informed control for advanced surface engineering and microscribing applications. His research mission is to improve the accuracy, stability, and industrial usefulness of advanced manufacturing processes for engineered surfaces and components.
