Professor Weiping Min, Departments of Oncology, Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, and Surgery, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University, advances research in heart transplantation, cardioprotection, molecular mechanism, therapeutic potential, and translational pathology. He is actively working on the cardioprotective effect of DLC1β in heart transplantation, to connect with potential therapeutic application. His research mission is to develop molecularly informed strategies that improve outcomes in transplantation and related disease. He also works across multiple departments, strengthening interdisciplinary research at Western University.
