Associate Professor Rodrick Lim, Department of Paediatrics, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University, leads research in paediatric emergency clinical trials, physician wellness, educational research, paediatric emergency medicine, and virtual care. His work links acute child health research with practical improvements in how children and families experience urgent care. His research mission is to strengthen evidence-based paediatric emergency care while improving clinician well-being and training. He is also an Associate Scientist at the Child and Health Institute and serves as Site Chief of the Paediatric Emergency Department, with an active role in teaching and academic leadership.
