Associate Professor Teresa L. Van Deven, Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University, focuses her scholarship on teaching, curriculum change and renewal, faculty educational development, competency based curricular design, and medical education. Her research mission is to strengthen health professions education through curriculum renewal, peer dialoguing, and better academic support for faculty and learners. She also serves in undergraduate medical education leadership as Associate Director, Curriculum Oversight, Academy of Educators, linking pathology, educational scholarship, and curriculum leadership across Western University.
