Assistant Professor Tristan Boyd serves in the Department of Medicine at Western University. His research program integrates rheumatology, musculoskeletal health, and clinical outcomes to improve the management of inflammatory arthritis. He specifically focuses on the use of ultrasound for the early detection and monitoring of joint inflammation in clinical practice. Having earned a Medical Degree and specialized fellowship training, he is an active member of the Bone and Joint Institute. He provides clinical instruction to medical students and residents while supervising graduate researchers in the field of rheumatology, and he is currently available for academic mentorship and student supervision.
