Professor Goli M. Rezai-Rashti serves within Critical Policy, Equity, and Leadership Studies at Western University. Her research focuses on equity and social justice education, with an emphasis on anti-racism and the impact of neoliberal policy reform. By weaving in keywords like anti-racism, neoliberal policy reform, and critical multicultural education, she investigates how standardized testing affects the achievement of minority students. Dr. Rezai-Rashti’s mission centers on fostering transformative pedagogies to challenge systemic inequalities in urban schools.
