Professor Devin Michael Henry, Department of Philosophy, Faculty of Arts and Humanities, Western University, researches ancient philosophy and science, history and philosophy of biology, Aristotle, hylomorphism, and ancient theories of generation and evolution. His research mission is to clarify how ancient philosophical and scientific texts explain living beings, causation, and change, while connecting those debates to broader histories of biology.
