Associate Professor Yolanda Brenda Babenko-Mould in the Arthur Labatt Family School of Nursing at Western University, Faculty of Health Sciences, focuses on nursing education, internationally-educated nursing students, clinical teacher empowerment, nursing student self-efficacy, and civility in nursing education contexts. Her scholarship examines how teaching practices and learning environments shape confidence, empowerment, and professional preparation in nursing. Her research mission is to strengthen nursing education in Canadian and international settings through evidence-based educational resources and supportive clinical teaching. She teaches and supervises graduate students in nursing and global health at Western University.
