Professor Marlene J. Le Ber works within Critical Policy, Equity, and Leadership at Western University. Her research focuses on leader identity development and collective leadership practices within cross-sector partnerships. Incorporating keywords such as leader identity development, collective leadership, and social innovation, she investigates how leadership can address social injustice for marginalized populations. Dr. Le Ber’s mission centers on advancing women in leadership through transdisciplinary research and organizational change. Formerly the Distinguished Chair at the Centre for Leadership at Brescia University College, she teaches advanced leadership courses and supervises doctoral students exploring gender and health profession divisions.
