Professor Paula Foster conducts research in the Department of Medical Biophysics at Western University. Her scholarly work emphasizes cellular MRI, molecular imaging, and cancer metastasis, particularly the tracking of stem cells and immune cells in vivo. She investigates how magnetic resonance imaging can be used to monitor the effectiveness of cell-based therapies and tumor progression. Holding a Doctor of Philosophy from Western University, she is a scientist at the Robarts Research Institute and a member of the Bone and Joint Institute. She supervises graduate students in the field of imaging science and is currently available for new research mentorship.
