Associate Professor William B. Dawson is a member of the Department of Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at Western University. His research focuses on abdominal imaging and the application of computed tomography in diagnosing gastrointestinal disorders. He investigates radiologic-pathologic correlations to improve the accuracy of non-invasive diagnostic tools. His mission is to advance medical imaging through the study of contrast-enhanced protocols and patient safety. Dr. Dawson provides clinical supervision and is involved in the education of radiology residents. He holds a Medical Degree and focuses on the intersection of diagnostic radiology and internal medicine.
