Associate Professor Timothy D. Wilson, Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology with appointment in Dentistry, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University, focuses his research on educational scholarship in anatomy, image segmentation and digital creation, computer aided or e-learning, multimedia construction, and advanced visualization. He studies how novel technologies can improve anatomy education and the curricular integration of digital tools across health professions learning. His research mission is to make anatomy teaching more precise, accessible, and effective. He also teaches gross anatomy to a wide range of learners and invites student research participation in anatomy education.
