Professor Wenxing Zhou serves in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Western University. His research integrates reliability-based design, pipeline integrity, and risk assessment to ensure the safety of energy transportation infrastructure. He focuses on the structural health of oil and gas pipelines under various environmental and operational stresses. Holding a Doctor of Philosophy from Western University, he is a recognized expert in the field of pipeline engineering and risk management. He teaches courses in structural reliability and supervises graduate students in the WindEEE Research Institute, and he is currently available for doctoral student mentorship.
