Professor Jennifer Sutton serves in the Department of Psychology at Western University. Her research program integrates spatial cognition, navigation, and comparative psychology to examine how humans and animals represent their physical environment. She focuses on the cognitive strategies used to find locations and the development of spatial memory across the lifespan. Having earned a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario, she is a member of the Centre for Brain and Mind at Western University and was affiliated with Brescia University College until its amalgamation with Western in 2024. She supervises graduate students exploring the intersection of memory and space and is currently available for academic mentorship and research inquiries.
