I am a professor of mathematics at the University of Western Ontario in Canada. I have worked on entire cyclic cohomology, Hopf cyclic cohomology, and noncommutative spectral geometry with a view towards notions of curvature on noncommutative spaces. These are core areas of noncommutative geometry (NCG). Most recently I am working on interactions between random matrix theory and NCG.
