William (Bill) A. McCauley, Department of Medicine, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University, is focused on continuing professional development, professionalism, medical education, emergency medicine, and health professions education. At Western University in his role of Assoicate Dean, CPD, he leads in continuing professional development and Faculty Development.  He holds a  Master of Health Professions Education, positioning his scholarship around how physicians learn, maintain competence, and strengthen professional practice. His mission is to support better patient care through rigorous lifelong learning and education design. He also contributes to faculty development at Western University and brings senior academic leadership to physician education.
