Professor Monda Halpern, Department of History, Faculty of Social Science, Western University, researches Canadian Jewish history, American Jewish history, women’s history, Canadian history, and social history. Her research focus is the intersection of gender, community, and identity in North American Jewish and women’s history. She teaches and supervises in these areas, and her scholarship includes major books on Ontario farm women and the Edelson-Horwitz murder case.
