Professor Peter G. Blake, Department of Medicine, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University, works on kidney research centred on dialysis, chronic kidney disease, nephrology, peritoneal dialysis, and health outcomes. He is known for his research examining the elevated risk faced by dialysis patients during the coronavirus pandemic, and he works within a division with a strong teaching and research mission in kidney medicine. His research focus is to improve evidence-based care for patients with complex renal disease. His work has been recognized with Ontario Medical Association Life Membership Award.
