BIO

Professor Kem Rogers, Department of Anatomy and Cell Biology, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University, focuses his current research on online education, anatomical sciences, virtual classrooms, e-learning software design, and anatomy learning. His work evaluates fully online anatomy and histology courses, interactive laboratories, student performance, student satisfaction, and instructor experience to improve how anatomy is taught in digital environments. His research mission is to build more effective and evidence-based approaches to anatomical education. Previously trained as a cell biologist and anatomist at the University of Toronto, he also has a long research background in neuroscience and cardiovascular research.
