Assistant Professor Nicholas Y. Chandna serves in the Department of Family Medicine at Western University. His research focuses on transitions of care and improved communication between family and emergency physicians. He investigates the integration of telemedicine into practice to address gaps in healthcare services and patient needs. His mission is to enhance the longitudinal patient encounter through holistic care and efficient practice management. Dr. Chandna is involved in clinical teaching and resident leadership, serving as a preceptor at the Byron Family Medical Centre.
