Professor Aaron Fenster is a pioneer in the Department of Medical Biophysics at Western University. His research integrates 3D ultrasound, image-guided interventions, and medical imaging to improve the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and vascular disease. He focuses on developing portable and cost-effective imaging systems for surgical guidance and monitoring. A Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada, he holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Toronto and founded the Imaging Research Laboratories at the Robarts Research Institute. He supervises diverse projects in biomedical engineering and is currently available for high-level doctoral mentorship and consultation.
