Assistant Professor Aldo A. Dobrowlanski is a member of the Department of Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine at Western University. His research focuses on cardiovascular anesthesia and the hemodynamic monitoring of high-risk surgical patients. He investigates the role of echocardiography in optimizing perioperative outcomes during cardiac and non-cardiac surgery. His mission is to improve patient safety through the study of anesthetic pharmacology and cardiac physiology. Dr. Dobrowlanski provides clinical teaching and supervision for anesthesia residents and fellows. He is dedicated to advancing the standard of care for patients undergoing complex procedures through evidence-based anesthetic management.
