BIO

Assistant Professor Sebastian Fridman conducts research in the Department of Clinical Neurological Sciences at Western University. His scholarly work emphasizes stroke, clinical epidemiology, and vascular neurology, particularly the evaluation of risk factors for recurrent cerebrovascular events. He investigates the effectiveness of diagnostic strategies and medical therapies in patients with cryptogenic stroke and carotid artery disease. Having earned a Doctor of Medicine and specialized training in stroke management, he is an affiliate of the Western Institute for Neuroscience.
