BIO

Assistant Professor Janelle Unger serves in the School of Physical Therapy at Western University. Her research program focuses on enhancing rehabilitation, experience, and health service delivery to promote lifelong mobility for individuals with neurological impairments. She specifically investigates the use of technology and specialized exercise to optimize gait and balance. Having earned a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Toronto, she is a member of the Western Institute for Neuroscience and the Bone and Joint Institute. She supervises graduate students in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and Neurosciences and is currently available for new research mentorship.
