Assistant Professor Olivia Sehl serves in the Department of Medical Biophysics at Western University. Her research focuses on cellular imaging and the development of magnetic resonance imaging techniques to track cell therapies. She investigates the application of iron oxide nanoparticles and fluorine-19 markers to visualize immune cell migration and therapeutic delivery in vivo. Her mission is to advance precision medicine through the creation of non-invasive, high-resolution imaging tools. Dr. Sehl provides research supervision for graduate students in medical imaging. She utilizes advanced biophysical methods to monitor disease progression and the efficacy of novel regenerative treatments.
