Dr. Oonagh Scallan joined the Division of Vascular Surgery in January 2023. She completed her medical degree, vascular surgery residency, and Advanced Aortic Fellowship at Western University’s Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. She also holds a Master of Health Professions Education from Maastricht University. Her current research explores sex differences in vascular surgery and aortic dissection, surgical education, and the intersection of parenthood and surgical careers. She is committed to advancing equity and excellence in both patient care and surgical training.
