Assistant Professor Katarina Andrejevic serves in the Department of Family Medicine at Western University. Her research focuses on medical education and primary care, specifically investigating the integration of mental health screening in family practice. She utilizes qualitative methodologies to explore patient-physician communication and its impact on health outcomes. Her mission is to enhance the training of future primary care physicians through innovative curricular development. She provides clinical supervision and mentorship for family medicine residents and medical students. She holds a Doctor of Medicine and is a fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
