Following residency, with the help of the Allen-Carey Scholarship, she pursued a fellowship in two fields: menopause and hereditary gynaecologic cancer prevention, as well gender affirming gynaecologic care. Her extra training involved working in the Familial Ovarian Cancer Clinic and Menopause Clinic at Women's College Hospital in Toronto under Dr. Michelle Jacobson, seeing patients with genetic mutations such as BRCA1/2 mutation and lynch syndrome, and aiding cancer patients with menopause symptom management. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner.

She now works as a generalist in the core division of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at London Health Sciences Centre, and is an Assistant Professor through Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry.
