Assistant Professor Robert B. Maxwell is a member of the Department of Medicine at Western University. His research focuses on clinical nephrology and the pathophysiology of chronic kidney disease in adult populations. He investigates the efficacy of dialysis protocols and the impact of mineral bone disorders on cardiovascular health. His mission is to optimize kidney care through the study of molecular diagnostics and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Dr. Maxwell provides clinical teaching and supervision for nephrology fellows and medical residents. He is dedicated to improving patient survivorship through personalized care and the study of renal disease progression within the Schulich School.
