Assistant Professor Daniel J. Szoke is a member of the Department of Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine at Western University. His research focuses on chronic pain management and the application of regional anesthesia to improve postoperative recovery. He investigates ultrasound-guided nerve blocks to optimize analgesic outcomes and reduce surgical stress responses. His mission is to improve patient safety and comfort during the perioperative period through clinical innovation.
