Hadi Vafadar Moradi, Ph.D., is Vice President, Quantitative modelling for Bank of Montreal and also an Adjunct in Mechanical and Materials Engineering at Western University. He earned his Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering at Western University and followed this with work as a Postdoctoral Fellow at University of Ottawa and Postdoctoral Researcher at Western. He contributes to research in surface topographies, heat and fluid flows, thermofluids, applied mechanics, and mechanical engineering. His research mission is to improve understanding of how engineered surfaces influence transport phenomena and system performance.
