Assistant Professor Jonathan Borger serves in the Department of Anaesthesia and Perioperative Medicine at Western University. His research focuses on clinical anaesthesia and patient safety, investigating the use of advanced airway management techniques in emergency settings. He utilizes simulation-based training to enhance the technical skills of medical trainees during critical perioperative events. His mission is to promote excellence in anaesthetic practice by integrating evidence-based safety protocols into routine surgical care. He provides clinical supervision for residents and medical students within the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry. He holds a Doctor of Medicine and is active in medical education initiatives.
