Assistant Professor Jamie Fleet serves in the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Western University. Her research integrates geriatric rehabilitation, osteoporosis, and stroke recovery to enhance the mobility of older adults following orthopedic or neurological events. She specifically investigates the implementation of fracture prevention strategies and exercise protocols in post-acute care settings. Having earned a Medical Degree and a Master of Science in Epidemiology, she is a member of the Bone and Joint Institute. She teaches medical students and residents while supervising graduate researchers in clinical outcomes, and she is currently available for student mentorship.
