Lecturer Ashley McKeown in the Arthur Labatt Family School of Nursing at Western University, Faculty of Health Sciences, contributes to nursing education, nurse practitioner preparation, primary health care, and undergraduate clinical teaching. Her work centers evidence-informed nursing instruction and advanced practice preparation in clinical and classroom settings. Her research and teaching mission is to support learner development across undergraduate and graduate nursing while strengthening practice-ready clinical judgment. She teaches in nursing at Western University and brings graduate training as a nurse practitioner, with a focus on connecting foundational nursing education to applied patient care and professional practice.
