BIO

Dr. Taryn S. Taylor, MD PhD FRCSC, completed her medical education and residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology at Western University in 2016. During her residency, she completed her PhD in Health Professions Education from Maastricht University as part of the Clinical Investigator Program. Her doctoral research focused on understanding fatigue as a social construct and the implications for fatigue risk management. Subsequently, she pursued a Senior Fellowship in Simulation Education at the University of Ottawa Skills and Simulation Centre. Currently, she serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Scientist at the Centre for Education Research & Innovation, contributing to advancements in health professions education and practice.
