Assistant Professor Jonathan Lau serves in the Department of Clinical Neurological Sciences at Western University. His research program integrates neurosurgery, medical imaging, and image-guided interventions to improve the precision of brain surgery. He specifically focuses on the development of robotic and digital tools for the treatment of epilepsy and movement disorders. Having earned a Doctor of Medicine and a Doctor of Philosophy from Western University, he is an affiliate of the Western Institute for Neuroscience. He supervises graduate students in the field of biomedical engineering and clinical neuroscience and is currently available for doctoral student mentorship and surgical research collaboration.
