Assistant Professor Christopher P. Garnham serves in the Department of Biochemistry at Western University. His research centers on structural biology and the molecular mechanisms of protein-protein interactions. He investigates the role of post-translational modifications in regulating cellular processes and their contributions to human disease. His mission is to unravel the biochemical pathways of cell signaling to inform the design of novel therapeutics. Dr. Garnham provides research supervision for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. He utilizes advanced biophysical techniques to study the assembly and function of molecular complexes, focusing on improving the understanding of cellular health and pathology.
