Associate Professor Ryan A. Davey, Department of Medicine, Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, Western University, focuses his research on advanced heart failure, pulmonary hypertension, heart transplantation, left ventricular assist device therapy, and cardio-oncology. His scholarship and leadership connect high-risk cardiovascular disease with program development and translational clinical care. His research mission is to improve outcomes for patients with severe heart disease through specialized evidence-based therapy. He also serves as medical director of mechanical circulatory support, director of the cardiac care unit, and director of the pulmonary hypertension program.
