Ramona Fayazfar, PhD, PEng, is a materials scientist and engineer with 20+ years of experience across materials science, mechanical and manufacturing engineering, and additive manufacturing, with a focus on sustainable, circular, and low-carbon material systems. Dr. Fayazfar currently serves as an Adjunct Research Professor at Western University, leading interdisciplinary research and R&D programs that transform waste-derived, recycled, and bio-based resources into high-performance materials for additive manufacturing. She is Founder of ReEarthMater Inc. and Director of the Eco-Friendly Circular Advanced Materials & Additive Manufacturing (E-CAM) Lab, bridging fundamental materials science with manufacturing-scale processing, formulation, characterization, qualification, and industrial deployment across packaging, construction, automotive, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Dr. Fayazfar integrates ASTM-aligned testing, standards development, and qualification frameworks to accelerate translation from laboratory discovery to industry adoption.
