Assistant Professor Mohamed Adil Shah Khoodoruth conducts research in the Department of Psychiatry at Western University. His scholarly work emphasizes clinical psychiatry, global health, and mental health outcomes, focusing on the social and biological factors that influence recovery in psychiatric populations. He investigates the implementation of evidence-based mental health programs in diverse cultural and clinical settings. Having earned his Medical Degree and specialized training in psychiatry, he is a member of the Western Institute for Neuroscience. He teaches medical residents and is currently available for academic mentorship and doctoral student supervision in the field of clinical and social psychiatry.
