Assistant Professor Prateek Malik is a member of the Department of Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at Western University. His research focuses on abdominal imaging and the application of dual-energy computed tomography to diagnose hepatobiliary disorders. He investigates radiologic-pathologic correlations to improve the non-invasive staging of gastrointestinal cancers and vascular diseases. His mission is to advance diagnostic precision through the integration of high-resolution imaging and clinical data. Dr. Malik provides clinical supervision for radiology residents and fellows. He focuses on optimizing imaging protocols to enhance patient safety and diagnostic yield in complex oncological cases.
