BIO

Dr. Kelkar completed her medical education in Maharashtra, India, and went on to pursue her psychiatry residency at the prestigious National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) in Bengaluru, India. During her residency, she developed a keen interest in neuromodulation, which led her to complete a specialized fellowship in non-invasive brain stimulation at NIMHANS. Through this fellowship, Dr. Kelkar gained expertise in the practice and teaching of various neuromodulation techniques, including ECT, TMS, and tDCS.

Further expanding her knowledge and skills, Dr. Kelkar pursued an additional fellowship in Brain Stimulation at the University of Toronto’s Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), where she refined her clinical and research expertise in this rapidly evolving field.
