Associate Professor Genevieve Suzanne Metson, Department of Geography and Environment, Faculty of Social Science, Western University, researches urban ecology, sustainability, biogeochemistry, organic waste management, and food systems. Her research mission is to improve nutrient management across socio-ecological contexts by studying how phosphorus, nitrogen, potassium, and carbon move through landscapes and shape sustainable transformation. She teaches Introduction to Statistics for Geographers, Water and Cities, and graduate Research Design and Presentation, and she leads the Sustainable Resource Management Lab at Western University.
