Assistant Professor Rodney Lough is a member of the Department of Psychiatry at Western University. His research focuses on adult psychiatry and the management of treatment-resistant mood disorders. He investigates the efficacy of neurostimulation and novel pharmacological interventions in improving mental health outcomes for patients with complex psychiatric needs. His mission is to advance psychiatric care through the study of brain-behavior relationships and personalized medicine. Dr. Lough provides clinical supervision for psychiatric residents and is involved in teaching medical students. He is dedicated to providing compassionate care and developing innovative therapeutic pathways for severe mental illness.
